The stock behind it

CEA Industries (BNC) is a Nasdaq-listed company that repositioned from controlled-environment agriculture / consumer operations into a BNB digital-asset treasury strategy. It changed ticker from VAPE to BNC in August 2025 after a $500M PIPE led with YZi Labs participation, and has described itself as managing the world’s largest corporate BNB treasury (about 515,544 BNB as of 31 Jul 2026 filings).

That is why BNCB is unique on-chain: it is tokenized exposure to a public BNB-treasury vehicle, not a standalone protocol token.
